This week we saw the results of a remarkable international collaboration that will contribute to our understanding of cancer. Whole genome sequencing of more than 2,600 tumour samples from more than 30 cancer types was released, providing a map to help navigate the genetic complexity of cancer. Congratulations to the many ANZGOG members amongst the 1,300 collaborators, and a huge thank you to all of the patients that contributed to this important study.
