On behalf of the 2025 PelvEx Organising Committee and Sydney Local Health District, we are incredibly excited to announce that the 2025 PelvEx meeting will be held in Sydney on Thursday 16 October to Saturday 18 October 2025. This three-day program will provide all pelvic exenteration clinicians and researchers with an intensive update on surgical advancements and innovations in pelvic exenteration surgery, highlighting the latest techniques and research findings. It is the only forum that allows all international experts to come together to share ideas that will shape the future of pelvic exenteration.
