OUTBACK A Phase III trial of adjuvant chemotherapy following chemoradiation as primary treatment for locally advanced cervical cancer compared to chemoradiation alone
This trial will be for women with stage IB2-IVa cervical cancer suitable for primary treatment with chemoradiation. It will be determined if the addition of adjuvant chemotherapy to standard cisplatin-based chemoradiation improves progression-free survival. Overall the trial will recruit approximately 780 participants. It is anticipated that OUTBACK will open to recruitment in mid-2010. Click here for more information
