NOOSA 2010- Call for Abstracts
ANZGOG invites abstracts of papers to be considered for presentation at the ANZGOG 2010 Annual Scientific Conference to be held in Noosa from February 24 – 27, 2010. Abstracts describing research results on all topics and areas related to gynaecological cancers are welcome.
Abstracts are invited for oral presentations and applicants whose abstracts are chosen are expected to present in person on Thursday, 25th of February 2010. With submission of your abstract you will assign the rights to publish the abstract on the ANZGOG website. The paper submitted for review will be the final version for print. Please ensure your papers adhere to the guidelines stipulated. All presenters must register to attend the conference. Acceptance of papers into the program is contingent upon receipt of the registration fee in full.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
o Abstracts may be for any type of research in gynaecological oncology.
o Full name of author/s should be included. Name of presenter of the abstract at the conference should be noted.
o An abstract sent as an attachment, needs to be in Microsoft Word format.
o The body of the abstract is limited to 250 words (excluding headings).
o Abstracts should contain the following content sections: Background, Objectives, Methods (including type of data collected), Results and Conclusions.
o All abstracts are to be complete at time of submission, including all data results, if any.
o There is no limit on the number of abstracts an author may submit.
o All abstract applications must include the signed declaration. Only Abstracts with signed declarations will be considered for review.
Applicants whose abstracts have been selected for presentation will be notified by email the week of January 25th 2010 so that abstracts can be included in the print and electronic media of the conference.
If you are interested in presenting a paper at the ANZGOG ASM 2010, please forward an abstract (Microsoft Word Format, maximum 250 words) to the ANZGOG Coordinating Centre by Friday, January 8, 2010. You can either send your abstract as an attachment to abstracts@anzgog.org.au or click the link below to submit your abstract on line. Due to limited time available for presentation of abstracts at the ANZGOG ASM, only those abstracts submitted by January 8, 2010, will be considered for presentation. Late abstracts will NOT be considered. Please note, not all abstracts will necessarily be accepted.
